Deadlines and Submissions

Please submit talks, posters and minisymposia by August 1st, 2025.

Minisymposia—A minisymposium will consist of five 20-minute presentations, with an additional four minutes for discussion after each presentation. Minisymposia organizers can submit up to three sessions per minisymposium, thus allowing up to 15 speakers.

Instructions for submitting a minisymposium:

  • Select "Minisymposium session" as the submission type. DO NOT select "Minisymposium talk"; your invited speakers will select this option when submitting their talks after your minisymposium is approved.
  • List the minisymposium (co)organizers as the "Author(s)".
  • You must upload a list of your tentative speakers + their tentative talk titles. Please upload this list as a pdf or Word document when asked for Supplemental Data.

Contributed Presentations—You may submit a contributed talk of 20 minutes + 4 for discussion.

Posters—You may submit a poster for our poster session.
